Rich, grounded and quietly expressive, olive green is shaping the conversation around interiors for 2027. At CNVS Art Studio, this nature-inspired palette helped inspire our latest square abstract canvas: Olive Strata.
Why olive green feels right for 2027
Colour forecasters are turning towards deeper botanical greens and natural materials. Behr's 2027 Colour of the Year, Grounded, reflects this movement. Explore Behr's 2027 colour announcement and the broader Pantone Colour of the Year programme for inspiration. Pantone has not announced olive green as its official 2027 Colour of the Year.
Meet Olive Strata
Olive Strata combines deep olive, muted sage and warm limestone in broad painterly layers. The textured-looking composition balances dramatic colour with the calm of a neutral interior.
Shop Olive Strata — available in five square sizes and four floating frame finishes.
How to style olive green wall art
Pair it with oatmeal upholstery, soft linen, natural oak and stone ceramics for a warm, relaxed scheme. Choose a light oak floating frame for an organic finish, dark oak for depth, black for contrast or white for a softer outline.
From a compact 45 × 45 cm canvas to a statement 125 × 125 cm piece, Olive Strata works above a sofa, bed or console. Every piece is made to order, with free UK delivery.
