Welcome to CNVS Art Studio.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About Us

CNVS Art Studio is an online retailer specialising in premium wall art, framed canvas artwork and contemporary home décor.

Throughout these Terms, "we", "our" and "us" refer to CNVS Art Studio.

Products

We take great care to accurately display our artwork, colours and frame finishes.

Please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished printed product.
  • Frame grain, wood tone and natural finishes may vary slightly.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes only.

Made to Order

Every artwork is professionally printed and handmade to order.

As a result:

  • Orders enter production shortly after being placed.
  • Once production has begun, orders cannot usually be cancelled or amended.

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.

Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards together with payment methods offered by Shopify Payments.

Orders will only enter production once payment has been successfully authorised.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Couriers
  • Customs
  • Weather
  • Industrial action
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Damaged Goods

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of:

  • the artwork
  • the packaging
  • the shipping label

We'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, photography, branding and website content remain the property of CNVS Art Studio or the relevant licensed artist.

No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods ordered.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Shipping Policy

Premium Handmade Artwork

Every piece of artwork is individually produced to order by our experienced production team.

We do not mass-produce or hold large quantities of stock.

Production Times

Canvas Artwork

Production:
3–5 working days

Framed Canvas

Production:
3–5 working days

Large Format Artwork

Production:
4–7 working days

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery

2–3 working days after dispatch.

International Delivery

Delivery times vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure it arrives safely.

Returns & Refund Policy

As every artwork is handmade to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Incorrect colour choice
  • Personal preference

This policy complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations relating to bespoke goods.

Faulty Products

If your item is:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrectly manufactured

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We'll replace the artwork at no cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Damaged Artwork Policy

Although damage is rare, occasionally parcels can be affected during transit.

If your artwork arrives damaged:

Please email us within 48 hours including:

  • photographs of the artwork
  • photographs of the outer packaging
  • photographs of the courier label
  • your order number

We'll arrange a priority replacement.

There is no need to return damaged artwork unless requested.

Privacy Policy

CNVS Art Studio respects your privacy.

We only collect personal information necessary to:

  • process your order
  • provide customer support
  • improve our website
  • comply with legal obligations

We never sell your personal information.

Information may be shared only with trusted third parties including:

  • payment providers
  • delivery companies
  • website hosting services

We use cookies to improve your browsing experience.

You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time.
