Need help choosing your artwork or with an existing order? Email info@cnvsartstudio.com or use our contact form. We aim to respond within one working day.

Before ordering

Check your chosen size, frame finish and delivery details. For pairs, the listed size is the size of each canvas; the set includes both canvases. Triptychs include three panels. Allow space for the frames and gaps between panels.

If you need help, send us your wall measurements, chosen artwork and a photo of the room. Our wall art guides can also help with sizing and frame choice.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect artwork

Please contact us promptly with your order number, photographs of the artwork, outer packaging and courier label. Keep the packaging while we review the issue and advise you on the next steps.

Returns & refunds

Our artwork is made to order. Please read our full Return & Refund Policy before ordering, including the conditions for returns, exchanges and approved refunds. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct next step and return instructions.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
