At CNVS Art Studio, every piece of artwork is professionally printed and handcrafted to order. This allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality while creating artwork that's made especially for you.

Production Times

As all of our products are made to order, please allow the following production times before dispatch:

Canvas Prints: 3–5 working days
Framed Canvas Prints: 3–5 working days
Large or Bespoke Artwork: 4–7 working days

Production times may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as public holidays or seasonal sales.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom

Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Packaging

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

All orders are securely packaged using high-quality protective materials designed to safeguard your artwork during transit.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Severe weather
Courier delays
Public holidays
Customs processing (for international deliveries)
Industrial action or other unforeseen events

We appreciate your patience should any unexpected delays arise.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographs of the outer packaging
A photograph of the courier label

Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

CNVS Art Studio cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
